Located on the leeward coast of Basse-Terre facing the Pigeon Islets, the Cousteau Reserve was named after Commander Jacques-Yves Cousteau, who famously celebrated it as one of the most magnificent marine environments on Earth. Today protected within Guadeloupe National Park, it offers an exceptionally rich ecosystem easily explored with just a mask, snorkel, and fins.
